I have been a Licensed Cosmetologist for 24 years. I hold multiple certifications in Permanent Make-up, specialized in the Softap method. I also hold certifications in 3D Areola tatooing for breast cancer survivors, plastic surgery patients, as well as scar camouflage and stretch mark revision, and 3D belly button. Novalash is the one and only glue I use for lash extensions as an exclusive Novalash Extension Lash Artist. Skin care is also a love of mine, using clinical grade skincare to address concerns. Cancellation Policy
Appointments are scheduled in advance as I typically have a waiting list. Therefore, changes or cancellations require a 72-hour notice OR MORE PREFERABLY. Cancellations within the policy will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. NO SHOWS 100% of the scheduled service. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please schedule appointments carefully.
Non-refundable deposits that are required for new services may be transferred 1 time as long as it is done within the 72 hr policy. If not within the 72 hr, or moved for the 2nd time, the deposit is lost, and a new one will be needed. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Please let me know if you are dissatisfied with any service at the time of departure so I may come up with a plan of action to satisfy you. There is no refund on services as you are paying for my time, not just the service itself.
No checks accepted or big bills unless no change is required.
